CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: AUGUST BURNS RED

We have been fortunate to work with the grammy-nominated August Burns Red on three live streams now.  Each getting bigger and better. Back in November of 2020, our crew worked alongside Director Clint Tustin and ABR’s Tour Photographer/Videographer Ray Duker on the 15th anniversary live stream of their debut studio album Thrill Seeker.

After the success of the Thrill Seeker livestream; we brought some holiday spirit into the studio for ABR’s annual Christmas Burns Red - with the lighting design and snow by Squeek Lights, One of the unexpected outcomes of the pandemic was that ABR was able to take what was traditionally a local holiday show, to their global audience.

After we settled into our new home in Pod 5, we got one of those calls you hope you get.  Guitarist JB Brubaker wanted to go bigger - Pyro, Cryo, Fire, and Lasers - for the 10th anniversary and rerecord of their album Leveler. This is exactly what our 5,000 sq. ft Soundstage was built to do.

Sqeek Lights, Pyrotek FX, Clint Tustin, Ray Duker, and Bob McCoy worked alongside the Aurora Films’ team to make the band’s vision come together.

We’re incredibly proud of the truly collaborative effort that created the 3 shows we’ve done with ABR, we’re excited about the relationships it’s helped us build, and we’re stoked about seeing what comes next from both the band, and this new studio.
